01 · The Gold Mine

The built world is a gold mine.

The data is buried.

Every building contains valuable information.

  • Plans.
  • Assets.
  • Systems.
  • Schedules.
  • Changes.
  • Work history.

But most of it is scattered across files, teams, and systems.

The information was always there.

Finding the door in was the challenge.

02 · The Door In

We started with design.

Design was the door in.

Customers told us designing was too hard, too expensive, and too difficult to visualize.

So we built a design tool anyone could use.

It worked.

40 security designers.Fast. We worked with every one of them.

At first, we thought design was the product.

Then we followed what happened next.

03 · The Handover Gap

Designed.Installed.Handed over.Forgotten.

This is what happens to most building information after a project ends.

It is filed away and frozen on day one.

Until a camera breaks.

Or a harness falls out of the ceiling.

Facilities teams pointed us to something bigger:

“The as-built is never updated.” “Every project starts over.”

04 · One Twin

13 stories.7 drawings.One floor.

The real building is split across documents.

Seven separate PDF drawings.

Annotations nobody reads.

Schedules nobody categorized.

Every vendor and every team working from information frozen on day one.

We do not need another perfect PDF.

We need a living record of the real building.

05 · Make It True

A drawing is not the building.

So anyone can walk the building.

The twin becomes useful when it matches reality.

Our tech helps anyone walk the building with an iPad and verify what is actually there:

  • What is in the walls.
  • Real window sizes.
  • The assets nobody categorized.
  • The systems people forgot to document.

Accurate data nobody can sustain is not a fix.

It compounds the crisis.

06 · Keep It True

The differentiator is not getting the data right once.

It is keeping it right.

Buildings change every day.

  • An asset moves.
  • A system is replaced.
  • A room is remodeled.
  • A vendor changes something.

When one asset changes, the as-built should change with it.

One change. One living record.

Everyone sees the real building.

07 · Ahead of Compliance

From catching upto getting ahead.

08 · The Living Building

Imagine talking to your building.

And every system in it understands every other one.

Multiple teams can touch the building.

The as-built should update automatically.

The building should become more useful every time someone works in it.

We fix the foundation first.

Because nothing above it works until the building is true.

Then we wrap the foundation in AI and give every team a simpler way to work.
